Information is key when looking at Charlottesville and Crozet Real Estate

Today there is more to a real estate transaction than simply bringing together buyers and sellers.

The days of innocence are gone; the age of information is here.

Real estate professionals are now being seen as “gatekeepers” in transactions. As such, clients and customers of real estate professionals expect to be informed about environmental hazards. If environmental problems arise, buyers and sellers frequently turn to agents and brokers for information about service providers.

Although there is no good time to raise environmental issues, in many cases, these issues can be dealt with easily and successfully in the transaction.

Let me know if you have any questions?
